I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and proud mom of two with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and energized in their bodies. With a background as a paramedic, I bring a deep understanding of the human body and how it moves. Now, my mission is to empower women, youth, and everyone in between to love their bodies, fuel them properly, and unlock their full potential.
